Join SNPhA for the 2026 Leadership Academy, an immersive leadership experience like no other! This year’s Leadership Academy will be held during the 2026 NPhA | SNPhA Annual Convention in Bethesda, Maryland on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
The theme for this year’s Leadership Academy is “Passion Creates Purpose: Elevating Leaders Through Purpose and Perseverance.” Through interactive activities, engaging discussions, leadership development sessions, and inspiring speakers, participants will explore how passion serves as the foundation for meaningful leadership and lasting impact. Attendees will learn how purpose-driven leadership fosters confidence, resilience, and perseverance while empowering them to overcome challenges and create positive change within their communities and the pharmacy profession.
As part of the Leadership Academy experience, participants will complete the HIGH5® Strengths Test, a strengths-based assessment designed to help individuals identify their unique talents, leadership qualities, and areas for growth. Through guided reflection and discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to leverage their strengths to become more effective and impactful leaders.
Whether you’re new to leadership or a seasoned SNPhA officer, this experience is designed to help you grow personally and professionally. Breakfast will be provided for all participants.
Applications are now open and must be submitted by Saturday, July 11, 2026. Selected applicants will be announced by Friday, July 17, 2026.
If you’re ready to discover your strengths, turn your passion into purpose, and elevate your leadership journey, we encourage you to apply. For any questions or concerns, please contact Brittney Combest atbrittneycombest@snpha.org.
